After years of major depression, anxiety and eating disorders, I learnt how to create greater self-confidence by using imagination, creativity, structured thinking and how to develop problem solving skills.

Developing good mind esteem without professional supports, social supports and medications taught me how to problem solve, develop inner strength and resilience independently.
